A black bear has been spotted in JeffCo (St Louis)… of course a bear attack might happen if you strap yourself with a pork steak vest and run away in the wily hours. Just in time for pic-a-nic season, be careful not to confuse this smallest (and therefore most cuddly) of North American bears with freshly-grown, beard-wearing, out of school teenage boys (although farmer’s daughters might be accompanied by shotguns just the same). In other words, exercise extreme dilligence around these godless killing machines.
